I run regular free weekly wellbeing classes for Brent residents in Cricklewood. The sessions provide a safe space for participants to learn techniques to manage stress, anxiety and provide a holistic approach to wellbeing.
I impart a number of modalities including - Breathwork, Reiki, TRE, EFT and Movement. Participants also get to experience body practices such as Yoga, Pilates and Sound Baths.
