'The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption

in the body's energy system'

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as "tapping," is a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific points on the body, primarily on the head and face, while focusing on a particular issue or feeling. This practice is based on the principles of acupuncture and energy meridians used in traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern psychology.

The tapping on the acupoints helps regulate the nervous system and can work very quickly. It is relatively painless in the fact that the emotional intensity that may be felt can be resolved and incorporated within the session at the time and resolve rapidly and easily.
